I'm out of here!

Yikes, look who was looking at Dad while he was trimming the bushes!

Dad should be happy Mom wasn't around because she would

have retrieved that snake and chased Dad with it just for fun!

Garter snakes and garden snakes are the same species of snake. However, there are some key differences:

• Garter snakes are more likely to have stripes and be found near water.
• Garden snakes are typically a solid color and prefer dry, wooded areas.

Ears and tails

Mama fought to keep my tail! My tail was injured before Mama took me into my forever home.    It bled like the dickens for years, but she refused to have it t amputated. It still blees once in a while if I hit hard against something but nothing like it used to. Mama wishes she knew what happened to me, I can't remember!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA

Hope everyone had a fabulous 4th!
Also hope my fellow canines tolerated the loud blasting noise in the sky.

Some of us are very frightened by the fireworks.

Woof, woof, till later,
